You are invited to the February meeting for members & supporters of the Coalition for a 100% Affordable Housing 5 World Trade Center.
Over the past few months, we have accomplished a lot: a forum with a number of public officials & agencies, an architectural call for affordable designs, and an organized response to the LMDC's public comment. We have much to touch base on and some exciting updates to share!
Let’s come together with our elected officials, supporters, and neighbors to continue calling for 100% permanently affordable housing at 5 WTC.

ACTION NEEDED! LMDC/ESD 5WTC Hearing
We urgently need your voices. The Lower Manhattan Development Corporation is accepting public comments regarding the General Project Plan changes for 5 World Trade Center. We need to make it clear in this hearing and in our comments that the public seeks full affordability at this site and rejects new rules that would prevent this.
When: Wednesday, January 12, 2022, 5pm - 8pm
Description: Plan to attend the Zoom meeting between 5pm and 8pm on Wednesday, January 12, and speak about why you support an affordable tower.

LMDC/ESD 5WTC Public Comment
When: Until February 15, 2022
Description: As part of this public hearing the LMDC is also accepting public comment submissions via email until February 15, 2022 regarding the General Project Plan changes for 5 World Trade Center. We need you to submit comments regarding the restrictive guidelines that would limit affordability, or about the adverse socioeconomic impacts of another luxury tower.
